- 10% of water bill after the 15th of the month
WATER RATES:
- Base Rate $18.00 (0-2,000)
- $4.00 per thousand (2,001 – 3,000)
- $5.00 per thousand (3,001 - 4,000)
- $6.00 per thousand (4,001 – 5,000)
- $7.00 per thousand (5,001 - 6,000)
- $8.00 per thousand (6,001 – 99,999,999,999)
Policies
- The penalty for an illegal hookup is $200.00
- The penalty for cutting locks is $100.00
- Extremely high usage from a water leak for a bill over $50.00 the Association will absorb ½ the cost of the bill, however; this is a one-time occurrence.
- Road Bores will be the responsibility of the customer
- Water rates will be reviewed on an annual basis
- Meter will be read from the 15th to the 25th of each month
- Bills will be sent out on the last day of each month
- The cut-off date for nonpayment will be the 21st of each month
